Highly Balanced Candles & Gifts – Refund & Returns Policy
Because all of our candles and wax products are handmade in small batches, all sales are final.
However, we want you to be fully happy with your purchase, so please read below:
Damaged / Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery at highlybalancedcandles@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item + packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.
Candle Performance Issues
If your candle isn’t burning correctly, tunneling, wick issues, lack of scent, etc., contact us!
We will troubleshoot or offer a solution on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used candles
- Custom orders
- “Change of mind” after purchase
Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production or are shipped. If you need to make a change, message us immediately and we’ll try our best.
